[ Amir Asadi ]
Amir is a PhD candidate at the School of Cybernetics, Australian National University. He is an engineer by training and has spent most of his career researching and developing novel technologies in robotics, healthcare, and automotive systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Control Theory and a Master’s degree in Applied Cybernetics. Amir has been involved in the design and development of flying robots, rehabilitation exoskeletons, and advanced driver assistance systems. He is interested in transdisciplinary research fostering technologies and innovations that promote health and well-being and offer high value to society. Amir is currently exploring the safety challenges of medical systems by conducting a research study on vision-based monitoring systems used in healthcare settings.
